Across the world, bellydancing is called different names. We call it Oriental Dance, which is a rough translation from the Arabic Raqs Sharqi, or "Dance of the East".
If anybody wishes to share articles or information about their specialised styles, we would love to feature you.
We can set up special pages on this site to host information about your initiatives, community projects, specialised wardrobe... your inspirations, research modules or links to your blogs.
Our beautiful bellydance is an unwritten tradition, so sometimes words do not suffice... As such, we would love you to send us your pictures.
